Problematic Events: First Organised Day of Filming.

On Sunday the 18th November we planned to film on Beverley Westwood, a big part of our music video footage. I organised this filming through the social networking website Facebook, creating a 'group' including the three members of the cast used for the video as well as myself and Kate as administrators for it. This was a much more convenient way to plan as a group as each of the members of the group view Facebook on a daily basis.

After telling the group that we would meet at a designated location on the Sunday at 2pm on Friday, I waited for responses from the group. I also text each member of the group to ensure that they were aware of the plans. On the Sunday morning I text Elliot, the protagonist in our music video to ensure he was prepared and organised to walk to the organised location together. The response from Elliot was shocking; he was unable to film due to breaking his wrist on Saturday night and was attending hospital on Sunday for x-rays etc.

Me and Kate decided it would be best to cancel the filming for Sunday and instead meet up to consider our future plans and discuss the situation with Elliot. After discussing the injury that Elliot had succumed to, we decided still to use him in our video as his appearence would be ideal to comply to the conventional 'look' of our genre.
